It is with pleasure that I welcome you to the website for the Australian Centre for Perinatal Science (ACPS). Established in March 2011, the ACPS is a Research Centre of the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
The main aim of ACPS is to bring together and enhance the multidisciplinary research groups within the perinatal field that exist both within the Faculties, Schools and affiliated Institutes of UNSW and beyond. We will provide a forum for communication and collaboration with the view to enhancing support, resources and efficiencies for perinatal research.
Our researchers are driven by a shared desire to make scientific discoveries that will improve outcomes for mothers and babies during the perinatal period, the period from pregnancy to the first year postpartum.
I invite you to explore our site, learn more about ACPS and see how you can get involved. I hope you find our website informative and useful, and welcome your feedback.
